With a successful track record of multiple successful turnarounds and mergers & acquisitions, Ray’s strengths include changing company cultures and developing strategy around brands and products. Through a hands-on approach to managing change and building leadership teams, Ray enjoys mentoring talent to develop proactive succession plans.

With an excellent ability to communicate and converse with all levels of an organisation, Paul's ability to cut through complexity and find practical, effective solutions to business problems has seen a diverse range of successful solutions implemented to meet comprehensive business outcomes across multiple verticals.
Harvin Hans
Financial Controller
Harvin's background in the multinational banking industry is fundamental to his passion of driving efficiency in Cogent's business processes. As the Financial Controller, he oversees all financial and accounting related matters, establishing and developing relations with senior management, external partners and stakeholders. He spends his spare time at a charity which he co-founded or as an avid cinematographer and video editor.
