SIM Swap Charges: $15 if new SIM to be sent out, $10 if they have SIM in hand. This will appear in the bill as a $10 SIM Swap Charge, + $5 Shipping and handling charge if SIM card is sent out.

* Unlimited minutes, data and texts are subject to our fair use policy. All prices are shown in NZD and exclusive of gst as Cogent supply business customers only. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Included minutes do not include calls to international, 0900, Roaming or operator assist numbers; directory related services; or calls to special numbers. If you do not use all the minutes, texts or data included in a plan these will expire at the end of your billing term and cannot be carried forward or redeemed. If you exceed the excess data value pack of  2.5GB of data, you will be charged 25c per Mb. Plan upgrades will be processed free of charge and apply from the 1st of the following month.

^** Unlimited mobile data plans, if the customer goes above 40Gb usage within the monthly billing period, the connection will throttle to a maximum of 1.2Mbps. Tethering or use of hot spots is not permitted with these mobile plans.
